Prices

Prices are per apartment per night and vary based on number of persons staying, including all children over 3 years and older.

Prices include bedding, towels, final cleaning, tourist tax, wireless internet, use of the sauna, ski storage, ski boot dryer and off street and garage parking.

The apartments are self catering and no meal service is available. 

All guests staying between 15th May and 15th October receive the Zell am See - Kaprun summercard which gives free or discounted access to many of the area's main attractions and free access to the public transport.

Deposit and cancellation policy, direct bookings only.

In order to secure a booking, there is a 15% deposit payable by bank transfer or debit/credit card.

In the event of a cancellation 30 days or more before the arrival date, the deposit is fully refundable. 

In the event of a cancellation or change reducing the length of stay less than 30 days before the arrival date, the full price for the accommodation is due.

Payment

Payment for accommodation and additional services is due in full on or before arrival. 

Payments can be made by bank transfers, cash or most major credit cards and debit cards.

Check in/Check out

Check in is between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm. Check out time is between 8.00 am and 10.00 am. 

Check in and check out outside of these times may be possible with prior arrangement.

General

All apartments are no smoking and pets are not allowed.

We reserve the right to charge for damage to the apartment and facilities beyond normal wear and tear.
